Ogunquit is home Marginal Way, of one of New England’s premier coastal walks. The walk begins on the sandy 3-mile Ogunquit Beach and end in Perkins’s Cove which harbors the local fishing fleet and some of the tiniest specialty shops you’ll ever see. The ocean views of course are spectacular and there are plenty of benches along the way so you can sit and take it all in.

We’ve heard great things about glamping at Sandy Pines, and there are a number of new restaurants opening up on Cape Porpoise (Kennebunkport). In addition to looking through the shops in town, you can also rent and paddle a kayak on the Kennebunk river.
