This wedding package offers exclusive property access on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of your event weekend for up to 250 guests. Available for your rehearsal dinner, meet and greets and Sunday brunch. Lawn space for a tent to accommodate 250 guests, 3 acres of manicured lawn and gardens, all surrounded by 17 acres of forest and the Josias River. The package also includes a bridal suite, decorative lighting and drapery, parking for 90 with attendants and event setup coordination and assistance. Love Affair Package
Full day, exclusive use of our property for small, intimate weddings of 50 or less guests. The package includes all the features of the Simply Elegant Package. Rentals are part of the package and include 100 fruitwood garden chairs and 7 rectangular banquet tables as well as drapery and lighting in the barn. Also included are beautiful two get-ready rooms and a powder room for the wedding party. The Love Affair package is for Wednesday or Friday weddings only. An Intimate Elopement
A grand lavish wedding isn’t for everyone. Here at the farm you can keep your wedding simple and let the breathtaking scenery do its magic. Our elopement package is available Monday-Thursday for up to 10 guests. You’ll have the use of a variety of ceremony locations including gorgeous everblooming perennial gardens, a lovely water garden, an antique barn or our magical forest complete with river. We also have a choice of arbors. The venue is all yours for two hours; additional time is available for $300/hour. Package price starts at $600. Rental of table and chairs are available for a fee.
